All schools, colleges, educational and coaching institutions ) (*including Anganwadi centers), etc., except training institutions run by the Central/State government. *
However, the following will be permitted:
a) Online/distancelearning shall be permitted.
b) 50 % of teaching and non-teaching staff shall be permitted to be called to Schools for online teaching/ tele- counselling and related work, in areas outside containment zones only, w.e.f. 21'September, 2020.
c) Students of classes 9 to 12 are permitted to visit their schools, in areas outside the Containment Zones only, on voluntary basis, for taking guidance from their teachers w.e.f 21'September, 2020. This shal, however,be permitted subject to written consentof their parents/ guardians, as per the SOP to be issued in this regard by the MoHFW subsequently.
a) Skill or Entrepreneurship training will be permitted in National Skill Training Institutes, ITls or other training centers registered with the National Skill Development Mission or JK Skill Mission. National Institutefor Entrepreneurship and (NIESBUD), Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (11E) and their training providers will also be permitted. These will be permitted w.e.f 21st September, 2020, as per the SOP to be issued in this regard by the MoHFW, Govt. of lndia Subsequently. Small Business Development e) Higher Education Institutions will be permitted only for research scholars (Ph.D.) and PG students of technical and professional programmes requiringlab/ experimental Works, only after notification of date by Department of Higher Education, upon clearance of MHA, Govt of India.
