Whereas, 107 candidates were selected for appointment by J&k Services Selection Board and endorsed
by Administrative Department (Health® Medical Education) vide No:SSB/Secy/Sel/K/43/2020/2538-44 dated:
02-04-2020 and No: ME/NG/New/GMC/02/2019 dated: 03-04-2020 and;
Whereas, out of 107 candidates recommendation of 20 candidates was kept with held for certain
observations by the J&k Services Selection Board(including two posts kept reserved) and;
Whereas, remaining 87 candidates were appointed vide this office order No: 51/GMCB OF 2020 dated:
04-04-2020 and;
Whereas, Out of 20 candidates in whose favor recommendation was kept withheld, clearance in favor of 11
candidates was received vide J&k Services Selection Board communication No: SSB/Sel/Secy/43/K/19/3207-09
dated: 13-05-2020, and therefore appointment orders in their favor was issued vide this office order No: 68/
GMCB OF 2020, dated: 11/06 of 2020 and;
Whereas, the recommendation of more 05 candidates was released vide J&k Services Selection Board
communication No: SSB/Secy/Sel/K/43/19/2481-83 dated: 04-06-2020 and forwarded by Administrative
Department (Health & Medical Education) vide No: ME/NG/New/GMC/02/2019, dated: 17-06-2020, and therefore
appointment orders in their favor was issued vide this office order No: 73/GMCB OF 2020, dated: 27/06 of 2020
and;
Whereas, the recommendation of more 04 candidates has now been released vide J&k Services Selection
Board communication No: SSB//Sel/Secy/43/K/19/2633-35 dated: 19-06-2020 and forwarded by Administrative
Department (Health & Medical Education) vide No: ME/NG/New/GMC/02/2019, dated: 20-07-2020 and;
Now, therefore, appointment of these 04 candidates is made as under:-
In view of above position the candidates operated above are directed to join physically in Government
Medical College, Baramulla within a period of 21 days after publication of this order in Leading Print/Electronic
media.
The appointment is subject to production of following documents in original and fulfilment of laid down
conditions reflected thereafter:-
1. Date of Birth Certificate.
2. Qualification certificates.
3. Health certificate.
4. Certificate from the concerned Deputy Director, Employment and general manager, DIC to the
effect that no loan under self- employment scheme has been taken by the appointee.
5. Relevant category certificate, where applicable.
6. Any other documents as required under rules.
